The world,
as I live in it,
shows me painful truths.

Intolerant in the way it serves me.
My reaction is anger and frustration.

Converse with the mind,
who has decided to allow negative feelings,
influence outward response,
in a most un-appealing way.

For the ego,
in charge,
laughing at truth,
would mean otherwise.
